Tackling financial responsibility head-on, she poured herself into her career in marketing and communications. However, as she received accolades and awards in her professional life, her personal life was suffering with two failed marriages. Little did she know help would come in a dusty old book from a second-hand bookstore. The antiquated book she found contained a study on the emotional appeal theory from the 1960s.
